Reporting to the Company's General Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides standard secretarial support to the Management of the Company.
The administrative assistant provides a range on complex and confidential support to Senior Management.
Prepares all memos and other correspondence as required.
Performs a range of administrative tasks geared towards the effective support of the position holder.
Attends to all other matters as directed by the Manager.
Duties are performed independently in keeping with the general policies and procedures of the company.
Experience in working on Construction Projects will be an asset.
