POSITION PROFILE
The Accounts Receivable Clerk reports to the Credit Controller.
The Accounts Receivable clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
The account Receivable Clerk must comply with established policies and procedures.
JOB PURPOSE
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for performing data entry and AR reconciliation. This includes maintaining Ledgers, credit balances and resolving account regularities.
This position involves diplomatic interaction with customers to provide accurate information and support in order to facilitate swift payments of invoices due.
