ACCOUNTING/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
REQUIREMENTS:
CAT COMPLETE, LEVEL 2 ACCA OR DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING.
3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE/ ACCOUNTING CAPACITY INCLUDING PAYABLES AS WELL AS VAT RETURNS AND QUARTERLY CORPORATION TAX.
PROFICIENCY IN PEACHTREE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
DUTIES:
MAINTAIN AND UPDATE ALL ACCOUNTING INFORMATION ON PEACHTREE.
ASSIST WITH THE PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
PREPARE FORTNIGHTLY PAYROLL.
PREPARATION OF VAT RETURNS AND ALL STATUTORY PAYMENTS INCLUDING QUARTERLY CORPORATION TAX.
PERFORM ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS.

RECONCILE DEPOSITS/LINX RECEIPTS FOR ALL LOCATIONS (3) AND REVIEW DAILY SALES REPORTS FOR COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY.
MAINTAIN FILING SYSTEMS. MEET DEADLINES
ADMINISTRATIVE DDUTIES INCLUDING MANAGING CORRESPONDENCE, APPOINTMENTS, TELEPHONES AND ATTENDING MEETINGS AND TAKING MINUTES.
