Our client is seeking to hire permanently for the post of Account Associate - Claims in their Employee Benefits department.
Job Title: Account Associate - Claims
Applications are invited for the position of Account Associate - Claims in the Employee Benefits department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Adjudicates group and individual health claims within established guidelines with a minimum requirement of sixty (60) claims processed per day.
2. Processes claim estimates for clients as requested.
3. Responds to client queries.
4. Performs any other related duties and handles special projects as may be requested by management.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
• Five CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• One year experience in a similar position would be an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good orientation to detail
Salary: Approximately $7,500.00
