Restaurants of Jamaica Limited seeks to recruit an Audit & Security Manager who will have responsibility for overseeing general audits and investigations. He/She will be involved in assessing efficiency, effectiveness and accountability; providing information, unbiased analysis and recommendations which will be used to make informed decisions towards the shaping of a total quality management environment.

Applicants must possess the following minimum requirements:

• 5 – 8 years working experience in a similar position and/or tertiary level education, preferably a degree or certification in related field.
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing practices/ requirements.  
• Experience in conducting Risk Management Assessments to include knowledge of various guidelines regarding security and emergency management.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Team Building Skills.
• Analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Effective written and oral communications skills.
• High attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
• Be able to work on own initiative and possess effective time management skills.
• Be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays  if required.

• Competence in monitoring procedures and process cycle, geared toward implementing quality-control programmes.
