AUDIT MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will perform audits and assessments of performance against committed KPIs, penalties and processes for internal and external customers, reporting to managers and team leads for internal performance improvement and to action as applicable. This position reports to the Manger,Compliance & Service Assurance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing and extracting committed KPIs and related penalties from Service Contracts
Ensuring an Audit schedule is developed and followed, and actual activities are logged against the schedule
Periodic review of actual performance against extracted Contract KPIs, by extraction of relevant data from Service Desks and performing requisite analysis
Periodic review of performance against internal KPIs and processes, reporting on findings to managers and Team leads
Periodic reviews of Fujitsu facilities and reporting any discrepancies
Performing internal and external audits against industry standards such as ISO27001 and SOC
Preparation of reports on missed cost penalty indicators for internal and external use
Technical Skills
Requires technical competence or certification in three (3) or more of the following: ITIL Foundation, Lead Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Cisco Certified Network Administration (CCNA), and/or Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA).
Academic Qualifications, Experience and Soft Skills
A Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Possess minimum two (2) years related work experience in a progressive IT environment or equivalent
High level of attention to detail and quality
Excellent time management with strong planning and organization skills
Express technical concepts precisely and professionally in both verbal communication and written reports
An effective collaborator in engaging with clients, colleagues, senior management, vendors and other various stakeholders
Show initiative and demonstrates commitment to self-development
Travel Requirements
Local travel requires that the candidate own and use his/her personal vehicle for site visits as may be required
Regional/International travel may be required from time to time for training or customer site visits
