An established Oil and Gas Service Company is seeking a dedicated and highly-motivated Individual to join our team. The Asset and Integrity Coordinator will ensure all assets are identified, recorded, maintained and audited in a systematic manner so as to ensure compliance with company’s policies and processes. This includes ensuring that safety critical equipment and activities are identified and risk assessed, ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose in the short term and long term in collaboration with all involved operational areas, feeding operational and development teams with all relevant asset integrity information to anticipate and plan major repairs/refurbishment or replacement, ensuring systems are in place to warn/advise management of pending asset integrity issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies the discipline Safety Critical Elements and establishes the related Performance Standards (PS) on assets and ensures that they are also identified in Maintenance Connection (MC).
Assists in the implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Software (CMMS); continuously updating data for TES and effectively operates and administers the CMMS Software to produce reports etc.
Ensures all Preventative Maintenance Schedules are set in-accordance to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements and certification
Ensures work orders are developed and issued to relevant personnel as required, verifies that work orders and other procedures are completed according to procedures and ensures all open work orders are closed as targeted
Ensures that all maintenance related documents (Work requests, Work orders and JSA’s) pertaining to scheduled, preventive and corrective maintenance are prepared and maintained in accordance to a minimum of the OEM requirements
Uploads to Maintenance Connection of all certifications, OEM manuals, controlled procedures for both operation and maintenance and assets specifications; and ensure that assets are properly identified and tagged.
Provides technical guidance/supervision/training to less experienced staff on a day-to-day basis, across a range of different areas within own discipline in use of MC and its applications
Produces high quality technical reports which can put into context and describes complex technical work in a clear and concise manner (this may require documenting the work of others within the team).
Educates and coaches the Project team on Integrity requirements
Verifies the Performance Standards for each project phase
Assists with the development of the Project Technical Integrity Plan, and revises as necessary.
Reports on progress of all activities and readiness for handover
Assists with preparation of the AI Strategies for the Project Managers
