ANIMATION MANAGER

The Animation Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Sesame Street Characters. He/she is reports to the Entertainment Manager and together they oversee all the Sesame Street Programs in addition to working with the rest of the Entertainment Areas,

Applicants should satisfy the following:

• Be fun loving, people oriented, pleasant and exciting;
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Must be able to think clearly, multi-task, analyze and resolve problems, while exercising good judgment.
• Able to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
• Ability to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Must be customer focused and possesses the ability to be tactful and poised under pressure
• Spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service.
• Must possess strong listening and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work flexible hours, week-ends and public holidays

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Education Degree or Recreational Entertainment degree or a diploma from a recognized institution;
• Must have three years teaching experience dealing with children;
• Must have three – five years senior management experience.
