POSITION: ADMINISTRATOR
DEPARTMENT: LIGHTHOUSE- DUNDONALD STREET, PORT-OF-SPAIN
WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: - 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
SATURDAY: - 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all materials for administrative tasks are readily available and all such tasks are carried out efficiently for the effective functioning of the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing of invoices
Ordering of stationery and stock
Preparation of deposits
Sending out emails on deposits
Posting receipts
Preparation time sheets and scheduling staff days off
Filing all invoices
Filing cash receipts
Keeping track of all books used
Writing up new shipment cards
File cards for re ordering (price changes)
Do transfer notes
Preparing forms for no stock items
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties assigned by Management that may be deemed necessary for the effective functioning of the department
