DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Performs general administrative and office management duties;

  • Schedules and arranges for meetings and events;

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date e-records and related filing systems;

  • Assists in the compilation of data and preparation of reports;

  • Liaises with internal and external agents in the conduct of duties;

  • Facilitates queries  and provides assistance to expedite matters accordingly;

  • Provides support to relieve staff of minor/routine duties;

  • Participates in projects and undertakes special assignments;

  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years previous work experience

COMPETENCIES:

  • Exposure to general administrative support duties
  • Knowledge of the University's business/environment & policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of the Unit's systems & processes
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite/related software
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and pays particular attention to details
  • Works collaboratively with team members
  • Time management skills & ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
