ACCOUNTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

 

ACCOUNTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT


Tasks

 

  • Follow up accounts receivables to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
  • Tracks daily, weekly, or monthly sales
  • Telesales
  • Prepare quotations and invoices etc. with accounting software
  • Processes customer orders and updates client information in computer database system
  • Assist with other office related functions and duties such as preparing of tenders and vendor  pre-qualification documents.

 

 

Education and Experience

 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting field
  • Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in office administration and procedures
  • Have a geographical knowledge of the islands.
  • A good working motor vehicle would be an additional asset (not mandatory)
