In 2006, ACCENT opened its first wholly-owned and operated international contact center in Kingston, Jamaica. The 18,939 square foot facility has 333 seats to accommodate U.S. and Caribbean client programs. Additionally, the center employs more than 300 customer service professionals who are college graduates and trained in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Today, the center provides outsourced customer care and technical support to more than 2.5 million mobile, internet, and wireline customers.
