REQUIRMENTS

The successful candidate should have at least five years previous GM experience in a luxury hotel operation. Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a hands-on and high touch approach is key in a dynamic and intense environment to ensure guest satisfaction goals are exceeded. Evidence of strong leadership , attention to detail and driving operational excellence are essential, as will the ability to build strong Reef owner relations. The successful candidate must be comfortable leading in very high profile local and international events at the resort demonstrating strong communication, networking and public relations. Experience in working in a Union environment while displaying an excellent ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively is important. Strong financial acumen with a high propensity for successfully driving revenues .
