Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales, retail branches and Retail Sales Support department
Design and execute special reports and dashboards on sales performance for local/regional management
Maintain competitive, import and other relevant sales statistics for retail, B2B and other operational areas
Prepare and disseminate periodic sales reports for retail units including KPI Commissions Reports and Performance Dashboards to facilitate the timely and accurate payment of incentive pay
Provide sales conversion tracking, as needed, of all conversion reports received for all retail units and prepare and disseminate conversion dashboards
Provide performance tracking on prospecting, marketing, competitive pricing for the business as well as on all relevant KPIs for all operation resources including but not limited to CSRs, OSRs, cashiers and other relevant retail units’ resources
Conduct analysis on branch performance, utilising various data points, for the creation of performance metrics and dashboards for sales leadership
Complete monthly and quarterly branch reporting data, dashboards and leaderboards, in support of the financial reporting function of the Sales Division
Provide periodic data analysis to all business units as may be required and create and deliver presentations on all performance findings
Track and maintain an accurate history of sales performance data and reports while disseminating quarterly and monthly sales and other performance targets to the Store Management and teams
Visit stores periodically to understand their needs and support key branch management functions across business units
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Excellent interpersonal skills particularly tact and patience in dealing with customers (internal & external)
Strong organization skills with an emphasis on timeliness and accuracy
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient and experienced in data analytics using Excel
Honest with a high level of integrity.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or related area.
3-5 years’ relevant experience in a sales environment.
Certificate in Data Analytics or Data Science would be an asset.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
