The Bermuda Police Service is looking to appoint a highly skilled Network Coordinator to work under the direction of the Officer in Charge of the Technology Division. 

This role involves monitoring, analysing, designing, maintaining, and implementing service networks, firewalls, and related systems. It includes supervising technical support officers or computer technicians in the absence of the line manager and reviewing work quality, output, and processes. The job may also involve:

Participating in interviewing.

Contributing to performance reviews.

Making recommendations for training and infrastructure solutions.

Providing project leadership.

The post required a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer information systems, multi-user Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) environments and information systems security.

The post holder should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is required; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is required; 

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

CompTIA Security+

CompTIA Linux+
