About Piggy Liiks:

Piggy Liiks is a vibrant and dynamic street food truck service specializing in pork-based delicacies. We currently operate from three locations – Eddie Hart Food Village, The Cross (San Fernando) and Food Square (Woodbrook). Further, we are likely to open up two more locations at Starlite Shopping Plaza (Diego Martin) and C3 Centre (San Fernando). We pride ourselves on delivering delicious, high-quality local food with a focus on customer satisfaction and culinary innovation. As a rapidly growing establishment, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Manager at Piggy Liiks, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food truck's operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high food quality standards, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

-            Manage day-to-day operations of the food truck, including food preparation, cooking,    serving, and cleaning.

-            Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

-            Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking of supplies as needed.

-            Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.

2. Team Leadership:

-            Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff and serving personnel.

-            Set performance goals for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

3. Customer Service:

-            Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or inquiries.

-            Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and food quality.

-            Solicit feedback from customers and use it to make improvements to the menu and service offerings.

4. Financial Management:

-            Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

-            Monitor sales trends and adjust menu offerings and pricing accordingly.

-            Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

 

5. Marketing and Promotion:

-            Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

-            Work with the social media team and management to provide content for social media platforms and other marketing channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.

 

Qualifications:

-            At least three (3) years proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, preferably in the food truck industry.

-            Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

-            Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

-            Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

-            Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.

-            Proficiency in basic accounting principles and experience with budget management.

-            Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-            Positive and supportive work environment.

-            General proficient with Microsoft Suite

 

Other Requirements:

-            The possession of a car would be considered an asset.
