Macs Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics 05 Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Production Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Two (2) to three (3) years managerial experience within a manufacturing facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Science or other related field.
• Successful track record in leading projects with adherence to cost/timing constraints.
• Project management knowledge and experience would be an asset.
• Ability to effectively coach, motivate and lead a team of people.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A thorough understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
• Keen Attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach to work duties.
