Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing targets are met. That the operation meets all regulatory and quality standards.

Main Duties Include:

• planning and managing factory operations and providing oversight of the daily production targets, while optimizing planning and scheduling of the workforce
• ensuring that all quality standards are maintained - adherence to the GMP's . HAACP.  and other food related industry standards
• maintaining full compliance with standards set by all regulatory bodies, including Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labour, Bureau of Standards, Border Patrol and Customs Agency
• ensuring that all production records are accurately maintained for Incentive Branch and maintainance of the mixing records
• ensuring that all documentation and data inputed on a daily basis and that these records are correctly maintained
• ensuring that there is no manufacturing down time by scheduling regular maintenance of all equipment and machinery
• managing and analyzing production data to ensure informed decision making regarding operational efficiencies
• producing daily, weekly, monthly reports on quality, maintenance and production
• producing any other reports as needed.
