Parts Wholesale/Fleet Sales Representative, ANSA Motors Limited

To effectively sell ANSA Motors products while ensuring profitability and adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

• To effectively sell ANSA Motors products while ensuring profitability and adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures.

Job Description:

• To ensure all assigned Wholesale and/or Fleet Customers are visited regularly to assist with maximizing sales and development of customer relations.              
• To ensure all parts are rechecked daily against cash bills, all manual transactions are entered into the system with one workweek and all credit note requests are done with one working day to contribute to a parts accuracy of at least 99%.
• To assist Accounts Receivables with collections and reconciliation of outstanding fleet and wholesale customer’s accounts, to ensure the payments are collected on a timely basis and minimize/eliminate bad debt.
• To ensure all deliveries are delivered within two working days of request to help improve customer satisfaction. 
• Participate in all physical stock counts and cycle counting activities.
• To comply with all policies and procedures.
• To perform any duties, related to the above as requested by the management from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the division.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 CXC passes.
• Associate Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Must possess valid driver’s permit.
• Advanced Computer Literacy with emphasis in Microsoft Excel.
