Online Optical Team Lead

Salary: TT$9,000

Location(s): Chaguanas / Freeport

Industry: Retail

Employment Type: 6 month contract (with an option to renew)

 

 

Job Objective:

This position is responsible for managing the development and utility of our Optical online site, including order fulfillment, inventory management, coordinating shipments to laboratories and customers, monitoring advertising campaigns, posting content on social media, generating reports on the online optical operation, and providing online customer service and support. Additionally, the team lead will be required to prepare the product in its final packaging for delivery to the customer. High availability and schedule flexibility are required to meet the operational needs. The selected candidate will have only and full responsibility for managing the digital optics of Reflexa.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • In collaboration with Reflexa to develop strategies that create sales related insights and new developments to encourage sales.
  • Managing, executing, and monitoring promotional campaigns.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Optical team with the development of content for social media on a daily basis.
  • Directly manage and publish content to social media platforms.
  • Provide insights to customer shopping trends to support frame selection and identify gaps.
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
  • Responsible for processing and fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that established delivery times are met to maintain customer satisfaction.

 

E-COMMERCE

  • Attend to online optical product orders.
  • Manage and control inventory of products.
  • Coordinate and manage shipments of products to laboratories and customers.
  • Prepare the product in its final packaging for delivery to the customer.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in order handling.
  • Manage the gathering and analysis of information regarding the channel, sales, product, logistics, billing, and digital environment to provide input to related areas.

 

ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER BUSINESS

  • Represent the brand in all daily interactions, including communications with customers, stakeholders, or suppliers.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Optical buying manager OR .

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Strong in Ecommerce
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Diploma /Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-Commerce/ Digital Ops, Business Administration, or related field with a digital knowledge background.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Verifiable previous experience in inventory management and/or customer service is required.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to present information comprehensibly.
  • Strong Marketing Tech background, with experience managing marketing and tech teams.
  • Knowledge/Proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to follow processes rigorously, demonstrating skills to organize and structure activities in an orderly and logical manner.
  • Available to work on weekends as required.
