1. AC Technician:

 - Responsibilities:

 - Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role

2. Carpenter:

 - Responsibilities:

 - Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications

 - Requirements:

3. Maintenance:

 - Responsibilities:

4. Admin:

 - Responsibilities:
 - Answer and direct phone calls
 - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

 - Requirements:
 - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

5. Gift Shop Supervisor:

 - Responsibilities:
 - Train and supervise gift shop staff
 - Ensure that the gift shop is properly stocked and merchandised
 - Assist customers with product selection and purchases
 - Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales
 - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gift shop

 - Requirements:
 - Proven experience in retail management or supervision

6. Warehouse Attendant:

 - Responsibilities:

 - Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus
