Job Description:

  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on available digital and/or self-service channels and educating customers on how to navigate these channels.
  • Demonstrate the features and functionality of the Digital Banking Platform.
  • Promote the use of the Digital Banking Platform, especially for transactions that could either be initiated or completed end-to-end on the platform.
  • Support customers in signing up or onboarding themselves to the Digital Banking Platform, as a new client or existing client with additional accounts.
  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
  • Support the execution of in-branch transactions, where those transactions are not able to be conducted via the Digital Banking Platform.
  • Supporting the Brand Ambassador to manage queues and client queries, dependent on the customer flows.
  • Provide support to the Customer Centricity Manager, in assisting other Team members as necessary, based on team scheduling, BCP or customer flows.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • CXC O’ Levels, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
  • 5 years’ experience in customer service or 2 years in retail branch operations or customer affiliate type roles.
  • Combination of experience and education. Banking experience would be favourable.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, the Digital Banking Platform, Temenos T24 and other technologies deployed by the Branch.
