Business Development Officer

Our Client, The Light & Power Employees Co-operative Credit Union Ltd, is seeking to recruit a:

Business Development Officer

 

Reports to: The Operations Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Researching and analyzing data to identify and define opportunities.
  • Conducting promotional activities.
  • Working with and managing budgets.
  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Assisting with the credit union’s branding and media communication activities.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc in Marketing/Business Administration/ Management or other related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant job experience.

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects successfully.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
