Position Scope:
The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of food and beverage processing activities in the Food Processing Centre. They will also be required to perform tasks relevant to the development, audit and implementation of Food Safety Management Systems; the delivery of introductory food safety training; and the development of food and beverage prototypes in a lab environment.

Education:
Minimum Requirements - Technician’s Diploma in Food Science or a related discipline
Experience:
Five (5) years relevant work experience in food manufacturing, food service or a related field.
