Technical Sales Executive (I.T Sector)


Overview:  

Our client is a dominant player in the Caribbean IT market based on their industry experience, successful track record, and the quality of their people and technology partners. 

As a key member of the sales team, the suitable candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing customer accounts and proactively seeking new business opportunities. The role will involve leveraging technical acumen to deliver compelling solutions, ensuring client satisfaction from pre-sales consultation to post-sales support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while cultivating relationships with new clients.
  • Drive sales of our cutting-edge products and services through compelling presentations and tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to develop comprehensive proposals, product specifications, and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Strategize and prioritize sales activities to meet business targets and exceed sales objectives.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to showcase our offerings and engage prospective clients.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries promptly and adhere to ethical sales practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to nurture profitable business partnerships.
  • Attending meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and establish rapport with purchasing and IT departments.

 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Qualified candidates must possess a strong technical background and experience in IT sales.
  • Preference will be given to those with a proven track record in solution selling along with IT certification and IT Sales Certification.
  • BSc in Management IT or related field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
