Sales Representative
Location: Princes Town
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC passes, CAPE, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Training will be provided.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The duties of the Insurance Salespersons will include:
1. Developing and maintaining a client base.
2. Seeking new prospects via referrals, direct mail, social media, and other methods.
3. Consulting with clients and prospective clients to assess their needs, budgets, financial planning, and other relevant details.
4. Completing applications and other necessary paperwork.
5. Delivering policy documents.
6. Following up with clients on a periodic basis.
7. Performing other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to clearly explain complex insurance documents.
3. Ability to provide comfort to clients.
4. Trainability.
5. Must be able to pass exams.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum five (5) CXC/CSEC passes, CAPE, or Bachelor's Degree.
2. Sales experience and/or training will be an asset.
3. Work experience in a customer-oriented environment will be an asset.
4. Must be 23 Years or Older.
