We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our thriving team in the beauty care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our extensive range of beauty care products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our beauty care products.

- Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.

 

2. Sales Strategy Development:

   - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

   - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

 

3. Product Knowledge:

   - Acquire in-depth knowledge of our beauty care product range and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.

   - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our products.

 

4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

   - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating how our products meet those needs.

   - Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.

 

5. Market Research and Feedback:

   - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments and customer preferences.

   - Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

 

6. Sales Reporting:

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

   - Prepare regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics and highlighting areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

- Professional Certification in Beauty care or any other related qualifications.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the beauty care industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Familiarity with beauty care products and industry trends.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
