JOB SUMMARY 

The Business Account Executive-Enterprise is responsible for managing and selling to a territory of assigned business accounts within their client base, ensuring that business relationships are built and maintained. Additionally, this position focuses on attaining new clients and other business opportunities for the growth of revenue and profitability for the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Acquire new revenue and subscribers on a continuous basis. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and portfolio referrals.
  • Manage a client portfolio with an aim to reduce churn and generate additional revenue from managed customers.
  • Consult with customers/clients to identify their needs and recommend value added services and solutions.
  • Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined monthly/ quarterly and annual goals.Build partnerships/relationships with clients and capitalize on opportunities via networking.
  • Seek and prepare RFPs for relevant services for prospective clients.
  • Maintain outstanding relationships with all customers and affiliated parties including arranging meetings with stakeholders to listen to their wishes and concerns and manage expectations and plans.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to singular or large-scale audiences including executive stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data inclusive of gathering feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and competitor business intelligence portfolio.
  • Conduct sales and marketing promotions and demonstrations and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders to execute.
  • Assist with trade shows, conferences, seminars, and targeted promotions.
REQUIREMENTS 
  • BSc/BA in Management or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar post.
  • Industry experience strongly desired. 
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Excellent presentation & reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – Written and verbal.
  • Proactive and ambitious.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Accurate and Detail oriented.
  • Customer Focus:  Demonstrates understanding of customer needs and how to meet and exceed them.
